This morning Rob went into the kitchen to see a coyote with Evelyn, our big black chicken, in it's mouth and jumping over the fence. Marj the red chicken (picture here) was decapitated. We are so sad that they are gone. I know they are just chickens but they were great pets and I just wanted to honor them in some small way. Bad coyote's!

Aw!! That's horrible! D: Coyotes are a pet's worst enemy. I have horror stories.

No! I love the chickens... that's terrible. Poor Marj, she was the tough one that survived being attacked by Cider, right? I'm definetly an animal lover (surprise surprise) so I know that it sucks to lose a pet like this. I'm sorry, hopefully your week will get better!

is anyone else's blogspot being spammed by virus containing links? I keep getting comments on my first post with viruses in them. I'm not liking this system now that I feel my computer is at risk.
What an awful thing to see... I can't imagine seeing one of my pets get its head taken off...
